EP310N Hot-Curing Two Component Adhesive
EP310N: Hot Curing Adhesive for Smooth Surfaces or for Thin Layers
EP310N epoxy resin adhesive consists of two components and cures under heat and pressure. It is suitable for strain gauge installation for experimental tests usage, with extended temperature requirements and for transducer construction.
The adhesive is very easy to handle, which makes achieving very thin adhesive layers possible . The two individual components are delivered in pre-measured mixing ratio quantities, so there is no need to weigh them.
Notice: EP310N is suitable for smooth surfaces only.
- EP310N: hot curing adhesive with curing time of 0.5 hours at 200°C (392°F), 1 hour at 180°C (356°F), 3 hours at 150°C (302°F)
- 1-EP310N: 2 re-sealable bottles with component A (60 ml) and component B (30 ml)
Enough for around 300 strain gauges*. The accessories required for the installation (fluoropolymer release film, pressure cushions, dispensing bottles with brush for applying adhesive, heat-resistant adhesive tape, instructions for use, safety data sheet) are included in the scope of supply.
*The specified quantities are approximate recommended values only, as adhesive consumption also partly depends on the size of the strain gauges being used.
