D-SubHD-15 connector kit (male)

The kit includes a 15-pin SubHD plug, a metalized plastic housing with knurled screws for fixing the plug at the device, a TEDS chip (1-wire) for storage of a sensor data sheet for automatic channel parameterization, as well as an adhesive label.

300V-to-D-SubHD-15 adapter

The adapter enables electric voltages up to 300V (CAT II) or up to 500V (non-CAT) to be reliably measured using a QuantumX universal amplifier. The adapter is identified by the amplifier and automatically configures the channel.

Strain gauge quarter bridge-to-D-SubHD-15 adapter

The adapter allows measurements with single strain gauges (SG) in a quarter-bridge circuit and 3-wire configuration.

The adapter completes the connected strain gauge with 3 precise resistors to form a full bridge. The available adapter variants are suitable for 120, 350, 700, or 1000-ohm strain gauges and can be connected to any QuantumX amplifier with a full-bridge input and SubHD socket.

The required parameters such as bridge and gauge factor, bridge excitation, physical unit and calibration data are directly stored on the adapter in the TEDS via software.

Thermo-Mini Type K, E, J, or T-to-D-SubHD-15 adapter

The adapter can be used to connect thermocouples with thermo-Mini connectors. The SubHD connector comes with an integrated cold junction (THERMO-MXBOARD).

The available adapter variants are suitable for type K, E, J, or T thermocouples and can be connected to MX840 and MX440 universal amplifiers and their successor models.

Thermocouple cold junction

The plug-in cold junction can be used for measurements with thermocouples with the MX840 or MX440 universal amplifiers. The board must be installed in the SubHD-15 plug and consists of a cold junction (Pt100) and a 1-wire TEDS chip for transducer identification.

10 x Mini thermocouple plug with RFID

The thermo-Mini plug enables a thermocouple to be connected. The plug provides an integrated RFID chip (read/write) which can, for ex., send the measuring point name to the MX1609 amplifier and automatically parameterize the channel (TEDS).

The available plug variants are suitable for type K and T thermocouples and can be connected to MX1609KB or MX1609TB QuantumX amplifiers.

Type K thermocouple for MX809B

The type K thermocouple is suitable for reliable temperature measurement using the QuantumX MX809B in electrical environments (drives, inverters, cables, batteries).

The thermocouple is spot-welded. It is safe due to a double-insulated and protected 3-m-long cable as well as the insulating cap that protects the Thermo Mini type K from shock and fire. The thermocouple has been certified by VDE according to EN 61010.

Voltage measuring lead for MX809B

The measuring lead can be used for the reliable measurement of low voltages up to 5V at a high electric potential using the QuantumX MX809B in electrical environments such as batteries.

The lead has free ends. It is safe due to a double-insulated and protected 3-m-long cable as well as the insulating cap that protects the Thermo Mini type copper from shock and fire. The measuring lead has been certified by VDE according to EN 61010.

6 x BNC-to-safety lab socket (banana)

The adapter enables, for ex., the connection of current clamps with a BNC plug to 4-mm-safety lab sockets (banana).

Artificial 3-phase star-point adapter

This adapter is intended for measurement on an electric drive in 3-phase mode and provides an artificial star point for measuring the phase voltages with QuantumX MX403B or GENESIS.

AC/DC current probe i30s

The AC/DC current probe measures based on the Hall effect. It is connected by a 2-m-long cable and a BNC connector. The current probe requires a 9-V block battery. A BNC-to-safety lab socket adapter is included.

Currents that can be measured: 30mA – 30A DC; 30mA – 20A AC eff; DC -100kHz.

Software:

CATman EASY

Software package for easy measurement data acquisition.

The CATman EASY main features include convenient channel parameterization using TEDS or the integrated sensor database, measurement job parameterization, individual visualizations, data analysis and event and alarm handling, data storage and export in different formats, e.g. ASCII, Excel, DIAdem, MDF 3/4, or MATLAB.

Installation requires Windows 7/8 or 10. Software maintenance for the first 12 months is included in the package. We recommend an annual renewal.

CATman AP

The CATman AP main features include

CATman EASY + multi recorder, integration of cameras (EASY VideoCam), online + post-process analysis (EASYMath), automation of recurrent activities (EASYScript), offline preparation of measurement projects (EASYPlan), additional functions like electric power library, special filters, frequency spectrum, etc. Additional data processing and reporting.

 

LabVIEWdriver

HBM’s LabVIEW™ driver supports QuantumX, SomatXR, and MGCplus.

LabVIEW™ 2012 or higher is required. Installation requires Windows 7/8 or 10. Software maintenance for the first 12 months is included in the package.

 

DIAdem™ driver (in German only)

HBM’s DIAdem™ driver supports QuantumX, SomatXR, and MGCplus.

DIAdem™ 10.1 or higher is required. Installation requires Windows 7/8 or 10. Software maintenance for the first 12 months is included in the package.

 

CANape driver

The CANape driver supports QuantumX and SomatXR.

CANape 10.0 or higher is required. Installation requires Windows 7/8 or 10. Software maintenance for the first 12 months is included in the package.

Note: The CAN function of MX471 or MX840 and their successor models is not supported.
