C16 / M – Tank weighing module for 20 t … 200 t

Whether for building industry tanks, coal bunkers or tanks for liquids and gases, C16 weighing modules have the specific properties required and are available for all applications.

All the weighing modules, whether galvanized or made of stainless steel, are fitted with integrated stay rods to absorb the horizontal forces, such as typically occur with wind loads. Anti-liftoff devices are included in the design as an accessory and can be easily fitted by the user when required.

The metrological heart of the module is the C16 selfrestoring pendulum load cell, which is available in various versions.

Special features of C16 weighing modules:

The weighing modules are available with maximum capacities ranging from 20 t to 200 t. This allows tanks of up to approximately 1,200 t, to be constructed and, subject to the design, also made legal for trade. All permissible mechanical data must be certified by the relevant independent Technical Inspectorate, in accordance with DIN 18800.

C2A/M1(L)BR – Weighing modules for C2A load cells 1 t … 10 t

The C2A weighing modules are the ideal choice for process measurement applications and high-precision gravimetric level measurement. The weighing modules comprehensive functions include an integrated anti-liftoff device and integrated horizontal stops. An optional stay rod for the weighing system is also available.

The C2A modules are made from stainless steel and the load is introduced through pendulum bearings to give a maximum accuracy that meets legal requirements for trade up to OIML class C4 with very small loads.

The C2A weighing modules comply with WELMEC 2.4 requirements (European Cooperation in legal Metrology) and are especially well suited to high-precision applications in process measurement and level measurement.

C2A weighing modules are designed to be easy to mount reducing assembly time and costs. All C2A modules are delivered with a load cell dummy because they are often used in harsh industrial environments. This allows users to install the actual load cell only when the system is operational.

Specifications conform to the requirements of DIN 18800 as certified by independent Technical Supervisory Association (TÜV).

HLC/MLB – Weighing module for 220 kg … 4.4 t

HBM supplies HLCM… weighing modules with maximum capacities of 220 kg, 550 kg, 1.1 t, 1.76 t, 2.0 t, 2.2 t and 4.4 t.

They are mainly designed for tank weighing applications and they are equipped with a lift-off securing device. The modules consist of a base plate, the load cell complete with load application elements, and the cover plate. A pendulum support is used for the load application, providing compensation for horizontal load shifts (as, for example, can arise through thermal strain). The weighing modules are pre-assembled and supplied with grounding cable.

RTN / M2(L)… – Weighing module for RTN load cells 1 t…33 t equipped with rubber-metal bearing or pendulum bearing

The RTN weighing modules are designed to be easy to mount reducing assembly time and costs. The modules provide all the functions needed for process measurement applications and gravimetric level measurement.
There are two different variations for introducing the load depending on the application: rubber-metal bearings [RTN / M2(L)A] are available for balancing horizontal movements and pendulum bearings [RTN / M2(L)B] are intended for attaining maximum accuracy with very small loads.

All RTN weighing modules are delivered with a load cell dummy because they are often used in harsh industrial environments that can damage the extremely precise transducer. This allows users to use the dummy cell for positioning and substitute it with the actual weighing module when the system is operational.

The basic configuration of the RTN includes an integrated anti-lift-off device and integrated horizontal stops. An optional stay rod for the weighing system is also available from HBM. All HBM modules have been designed for legal-for-trade applications and comply with WELMEC 2.4 requirements (European Cooperation in legal Metrology). The latest range of RTN weighing modules conforms with the requirements of DIN 18800 as certified by independent Technical Supervisory Association (TÜV).

HBM supplies Z6/M… weighing modules for max. capacities from 50 kg to 200 kg and 500 kg. The weighing modules are designed mainly for use in tank weighing applications.

These weighing modules are fitted with lateral stay rods.

An integral over-load stop is also fitted. The modules consist of a base plate, the load cell complete with load application elements, and the cover plate. A pendulum support is used for the load application, providing compensation for horizontal load shifts (such as may occur as a result of thermal strain, for example). The weighing modules are pre-assembled and a grounding cable is supplied.
