Transport Shock Monitoring

MONI LOG® ShockDisplay curve2

MONI LOG® ShockDisplay curve2

Exact evidence of the transport quality

  • Extremely robust design (IP67)
  • Captures and saves the  500 largest mechanical shocks with signal progression
  • Measures direction, amplitude, time, duration, minimum and maximum of the impact
  • Inclination measuring on board
  • Easy operation, display, alarm function, long operating time, multi-level password protection
  • Conformity with all relevant norms and standards for measurement of transport shocks
  • USB interface
  • Powerful analysis software

The extremely robust shock measuring instrument stores information about the 500 greatest shocks as well as inclination data. It can be programmed using the function keys and menus, or software. The measurement results are shown on the display with various parameters and alarm function.

The electronic unit is optimized for long operating periods using commercially available batteries. Thanks to the real-time measurement, measured values can also be recorded while data transmission is in progress, so that a real “zero” ms reaction time can be realized in case of shock events.

A very user-friendly software concept was realized in conjunction with the file system and USB interface. The device is multi-stage password-protected.

The use of state-of-the-art technology makes it possible to produce this device at a moderate cost/performance ratio in compliance with EC directives.

Through its standard compliant measurement, the data logger is ideally suited for the routine transport monitoring of energy equipment such as transformers, switchgear and generators and, thanks to its reliable record and tamper-evident, generally recognized by experts, surveyors and transport insurers.
