Mat Mirza
Mat joined Durham Instruments in 2006 with an extensive background in sensor and instrumentation sales, as well as automation and control systems design experience. After nearly 20 years as a Technical Sales Associate seeking out sensor, strain and data acquisition solutions in the research community across Eastern Ontario, he now leads the sales team in Canada
Angela Krieger
Angela joined Durham Instruments in 2003. Angela is responsible for many crucial elements in the sales process including order processing, expediting with purchasing and suppliers, shipping and customer accounting liaison with close daily interaction and integration with the sales team.
Derrick L. Main
Derrick joined Durham in 1994 with previous technical sales experience in Quebec and the Maritimes where he worked with most of the major companies throughout Eastern Canada. His earlier experience covering pneumatics and hydraulics has been an asset, now coupled with expertise in component testing and OEM operations with sensors and data acquisition solutions. Derrick is responsible for all sales in the Québec and Eastern Canada regions.
Earl Anderson
Earl joined Durham Instruments in 2003, with a background in electronics and electrical product sales. After formal training as an Electrical Technologist, his experience with service and support of RF-based equipment, helped inform the depth of knowledge that covers the entire sensor and instrumentation portfolio. Earl is responsible for all sales in the South-Western Ontario region.
Joanne Jablonski
Joanne joined Durham Instruments in March of 2016. Joanne brings extensive customer service experience to ensure client requests are actioned and details do not go unnoticed – a great asset to our sales team and suppliers – but most importantly our customers. She provides sales quotations, estimates, product data, service/repair and technical support for all of Canada, with primary support for Quebec and the Eastern Canadian Provinces.
Chris White
Chris joined Durham Instruments in 2005. Majoring in business, marketing, and quality control, Chris coordinates with the outside team and suppliers to provide detailed quotations and system proposals on our customers’ desks. Most applications and orders pass through his desk at some point in the process. Chris has responsibility for all aspects of inside sales and customer service including technical requests, compliance, calibration and repair activities across Canada.
Rafid Hasan
Rafid joined Durham Instruments in 2024, with experience in sensors, environmental monitoring, software solutions and instrumentation sales. His educational background is in computing science and business, which has translated into high technical application awareness and deep understanding of customer requirements. Rafid resides in Alberta and is responsible for all sales in Western Canada.
Elie El JBeily
Elie joined Durham Instruments in 2025. With an M.Sc. in Microbiology and success in previous technical sales in medical imaging and research solutions, Elie brings high customer focus and solution approach to the role. He is based in Toronto and is responsible for all sales in Toronto and Ontario East regions.
