The Type HP-10 high pressure control valve is available in Globe or Angle configurations. It is well suited for the control of high pressure liquids and gases.
14 in. Extended Bonnet, Type 884
The extended bonnet globe control valve is available in a 14" length for 1/4" through 1" line sizes. It is specifically designed for control of extremely cold or hot fluids and gases. In cryogenic applications, the bonnet length serves to extend the packing area, as well as allow room for insulation around the body and bonnet.

Bellows Type 808
Bellows sealed globe control valve is especially suited to applications where the possibility of packing leakage cannot be tolerated. The bellows forms a flexible static seal that is virtually leak-free as long as the integrity of the bellows remains intact.
Cold Box Extension Type CBX
The CBX is designed specifically for cryogenic cold box applications. The unique design allows ready access to the seat ring after the body has been sealed in the cold box. A special seat extraction tool simplifies trim changing operations.
Exotic Alloys Type 807 & 752
Manufactured from common products like 316 SS or Monel® to more exotic alloys like tantalum, the RCV Exotic Alloy valves are available in 1/4", 1/2", 3/4" and 1" models, with interchangeable trim sets and threaded bonnet for quick disassembly. The trim characteristics are linear, equal percent, quick open or double taper.
Extended Fin Type 973
The extended fin globe control valve is designed for modulating flow control in industrial or research applications at 1200° F or less and at pressures less than 5000 psi. The added bonnet length and fins serve to reduce the heat at the packing area.

Model 9000
The Model 9000 valve is an ANSI Class 300 globe style valve with bolted bonnet and post guided innervalve. The valve is designed for a variety of industrial applications. The body, bonnet and innervalve are standard in 316SST or optional Alloy C. The standard body, configured in the Flangeless/NPT version, can be installed using NPT fittings or clamped between matching companion flanges.
Model 9000 Flange
The Model 9000 control valve is available with ANSI raised face flanges. The flanges are socket welded to the body and flange. The flange and nipple material is the same material as the body. Flange faces have concentric serrations to provide superior gasket sealing. The unit is rated for either ANSI Class 150 or 300, whichever flange is added.
Model 9100
The Model 9100 process control valve is a 2-way, high capacity globe with a B62 bronze body/bonnet. Comes with a field-reversible actuator and standard live loaded TFE packing.

SCV-95
The SCV-95 Sanitary Research Control® Valve is a compact 2 inch control valve. The valve uses Tri-Clover® angle bodies and provides larger line sizes and larger flow coefficients than are available from our other sanitary products. Valves of the SCV-95 type are well suited to automated control systems found in biotechnology, pharmaceutical and food processes. This valve is specifically designed to provide precise modulating control when compared to conventional sanitary control valves. The standard characteristic is an extended range linear that is optimized for blending systems.

Severe Service Type 1711

Severe Service Type 1711HD
The 1711HD features a high pressure bar stock body with a union bonnet, with an oversized stem and extra heavy duty guided innervalve for added strength and longevity. The stem packing is designed for tight sealing, long life and easy maintenance. The union bonnet with a graphite gasket provides excellent sealing without having bonnet threads in contact with the process fluid. The multi-spring, field adjustable 35 square-inch, diaphragm actuator can be either ATO or ATC action. Maximum corrosion protection on all nonstainless actuator components are standard.

Standard Fin Type 859
The Type 859 globe control valve with cooling fin bonnet is used in extreme temperature applications. The added bonnet length and fins serve to reduce the heat at the packing area. This allows the standard CV ring packing to be used at higher process temperatures than could normally be tolerated with the standard valve.
Standard Flange Type 1499
The Type 1499 globe control valve is designed to fit directly into pipelines of the same flange size and rating. Its compact size and light weight make it especially suited to modulating control of medium to low flow rates within the pressure range of the flanges. Its welded construction makes it readily available in a variety of materials and in other types of flanges. Special face-to-face dimensions, as well as mixing of flange size and body size, are also available on request.
Standard Flange Types 860 & 809
This globe control valve features a 1/2" body with 150 lb ANSI raised face flanges. It is designed to fit directly into pipelines of the same flange size and rating. Its compact size and light weight make it especially suited to modulating control of medium to low flow rates in the pressure range of 150 lb flanges.

B1500 Turbine Flow Meter
