HazardPRO™ System
HazardPRO temperature sensors read the temperature of bearings, rub blocks, and equipment surfaces and are 2-wire, loop-powered devices. All models are compatible with HazardPRO nodes, standard I.S. barriers, and PLC analog inputs and are identical with the exception of the measurement probe. HazardPRO temperature sensors are optimized for bearing temperature measurement (probe), belt alignment temperature measurement (brass rubblock), and measuring the ambient surface temperature on a machine.
HazardPRO™ Wireless Node

EZ-100 Mounting Bracket Assembly
The EZ-100 makes speed monitoring easier and more cost-effective. This bracket assembly includes a heavy-duty, long-life sealed bearing, a stainless steel shaft, a painted aluminum bracket, and comes with all other necessary hardware for installation.
EZ-18mm & EZ-3/4in Easy Mount for Sensors
The EZ-18mm and the EZ-3/4in Easy Mount Bracket Assemblies are used with ElectroSensors speed sensors to generate pulses or 4-20 mA signals for use with display meters, speed switches, or PLC inputs. The EZ-18mm and EZ-3/4in mount directly to the shaft so no other mounting brackets are needed. A securing strap is also provided.

Split Collar Pulser Wraps
Standard Pulser Wraps have magnets mounted on the outside circumference that serve as targets for Hall Effect and Magnetoresistive sensors that switch when exposed to magnetic fields. All wraps are custom machined to the diameter of the monitored shaft and are split into halves.
Traction Wheel Encoder Assembly

Traction Wheel Assembly
The traction wheel rides directly on the material being monitored. The wheel is connected to a rotary shaft encoder, which is supported by the mounting bracket. The encoder then generates a digital pulse frequency based on the number of pulses per revolution and the speed of the traction wheel.

The TR400 is a Full Logic Control Process Ratemeter that can display any production rate or time in process easily and accurately. The ability to accurately detect and convert 0.01 to 10,000 Hz signal input makes the TR400 an inexpensive solution to many industrial applications. Electro-Sensors 916A passive analog sensors are designed for use with pulse generators that provide magnetic targets, such as Electro-Sensors Pulser Discs and Split Collar Pulser Wraps. 916A sensors have a 3/4" threaded aluminum body, are supplied with a mounting bracket and jam nuts, and are recommended for use with Pulser Discs and Split Collar Pulser Wraps.
917A XP Analog Sensor
917A explosionproof sensors are mounted in a rugged cast aluminum enclosure, which is CSA approved and UL rated for Class I, Group D; Class II, Groups E, F, and G, and Class III environments. 917A XP sensors are also supplied with a mounting bracket and are recommended for use with Pulser Discs and Split Collar Pulser Wraps.

Electro-Sensors 1102 magneto resistive sensors are used with magnetic targets such as 60 pole pair magnet wheels, pulser wraps, or pulser discs to provide digital pulse output signals. It is 7/16 inch in diameter, non-threaded stainless steel, and is 2 inches in length. It is the recommended Magneto Resistive Sensor for use with Electro-Sensors NEMA C Flange Ring Kits.
906 Hall Effect Sensor
The 906 standard Hall-effect sensor produces a digital pulse signal for use with speed switches, tachometers, counters, signal conditioners, or can be used as a direct pulse generator. The 906 Hall-effect Sensor is the standard sensor for most Electro-Sensors systems.
906B (Bi-Directional) Hall Effect Sensor
The 906B is a quadrature Hall-effect sensor is designed for applications requiring both speed and direction information. It produces a digital pulse signal for use with speed switches, tachometers, counters, signal conditioners, or can be used as a direct pulse generator. It is water-proof and suitable for most applications, including environments where dirt, dust, grease, or moisture are present.
907 XP (explosion-proof) Hall-effect Sensor
The 907 XP (explosion-proof) Hall-effect sensor produces a digital pulse signal for use with speed switches, tachometers, counters, signal conditioners, or can be used as a direct pulse generator. It is the standard EXPLOSION PROOF sensor for most Electro-Sensors systems. It has a 1-inch NPT conduit opening, and is provided with a mounting bracket.
907B XP (Bi-Directional) Hall Effect Sensor
The 907B XP Hall-effect quadrature sensor is designed for applications requiring both speed and direction information. Available in either the 907BV or 907BH configuration, it produces a digital pulse signal for use with speed switches, tachometers, counters, signal conditioners, or can be used as a direct pulse generator. It has an XLB-3 enclosure which is C.S.A. approved and UL rated for Class I Group D; Class II Group E, F, G; Class III. It has a 1-inch NPT conduit opening, and is provided with a mounting bracket.
931 XP Miniature Hall Effect Sensor

HE950 Proximity Sensor

The DR1000 features precise set point capability over a broad range of speeds starting at 0.5 rpm, making it ideal for super slow speed applications. The DR1000 monitors shaft speeds, detecting shaft slowdown to within 1% of the set point. A DPDT control relay rated at 5A at 30 Vdc/l20Vac resistive, serves as the output.
