Gold Standard E4 Machine Calibration System

SCB1 Signal Conditioning Board
The SCB1 signal conditioning board comes in a one or two-channel configuration. The single-channel unit is used with a dead weight system and/or for test machine verification, while the two-channel unit is used for calibrations where a reference (Standard) load cell is being used. One channel is connected to the reference standard and one channel is connected to the cell being calibrated.

480 Bidirectional Weight Indicator
The 480 Bidirectional Weight Indicator has a large 0.8 in LED 6-digit display. It also powers up to 10 load cells.
9320 Hand Held Digital Indicator

9840 Intelligent Digital Indicator
The 9840 is suitable for use in calibration labs, field service, or anywhere high accuracy is important. Features include a bipolar 6-digit 2-line display, remote sense, low noise, 22-bit resolution, USB port with RS232 communication, mV/V calibration and the ability to store up to 25 different sensors. 6-point linearization, unit conversion, front-panel tare. 9850 Multi-Channel Digital Indicator
The model 9850's modular design allows the use of 7 different types of channel cards in 2 available channels. Available channels include AC mV/V for use with Rotary Transformer type torque sensors, DC mV/V, +/-5V or +/-10V, 4-20mA, Frequency (speed), Encoder and LVDT position sensors. A 3rd math channel allows display of calculate values such as horsepower, unit conversion, peak or valley, etc. The dual +/-10V analog outputs are assignable to any of the three channels. 2000 Hz sample rate allows true peak monitoring. Included software for graphical data display and logging.
9860 Digital Indicator
Similar to the 9830 indicator, but with TEDS functionality.
WTS Wireless Telemetry System
The WTS (Wireless Telemetry System) provides easy-to-use wireless data communication between a load sensor and a receiving indicator. The WTS-BS receiver is capable of receiving multiple inputs (selectable) from various load cells or torque transducers.

Many customers perform 100 and 200K E4 calibrations of material test machines in the field. Interface has developed the relatively lightweight portable 2200 series column load cells to use for field testing applications. These are very accurate column cells and come with handles to facilitate transportation from the vehicle to the job site. They also come standard with 16 gages as well as E74 calibration.
2300 High Capacity Load Cell

Load Cells / Force Transducers - Multi-Axis
3AXX 3-Axis Load Cells
3-axis load cell measures forces simultaneously in 3 mutually perpendicular axes: X, Y, and Z - tension and compression. Each axis provides an output of 1mV/V and requires no mathematical manipulation.
5200 Multi-Axis Load Cell
The 5200 Low Profile load cell is designed for applications where it is required to measure moment loads as well as axial load to determine center of gravity or misalignment. Available in capacities from 1K lbf. to 50K lbf.
6AXX 6-Axis Load Cells

JB104SS Stainless Steel Junction Box
In its most basic form a junction box provides a convenient method for wiring multiple load cells to a single indicator. Junction boxes are commonly used in weighing applications where a tank or scale is supported by more than one load cell. The TS17 accepts standard hex-style screwdriver bits, useful for auditing fastener torque and checking screw installation after final assembly. Capacities from 0.2 to 20 Nm
TS18 Shaft to Flange Style
Convenient thru-hole flange mounting on one and a shaft on the other. Flange has internal pilot and the shaft is keyed per DIN 6885.1.
TS19 Short Flange Style
The TS19 features an ultra-compact design, allowing the smallest possible flange-to-flange thickness of any reaction torque sensor.
