MEASUREMENT SPECIALTIES / HL PLANAR

HL Planar specializes in thin-film metallization processes, producing sensors in four main categories: (1) infrared thermopiles used in appliance, automobile, medical and other applications for non-contacting temperature measurement; (2) magneto-resistive sensors that measure changes in magnetic fields to determine position, angle, rotation or current; (3) mass air flow (MAF) sensors to measure the changes in air flow and other gases for use in automotive, medical and industrial applications; (4) MEMS-based inclination sensors for the precise measurement of level, angle or tilt in construction equipment, automobile and aerospace applications.

Temperature - Thermopiles
TPT300V IR Pyrometer
TPT 300 is a contactless temperature measuring system - called pyrometer - based on the detection of infrared radiation. This model is equipped with a lens and an infrared sensor (Thermopile) in front.
TS105-1 Thermopile Sensor
Thermopiles are mainly used for contactless temperature measurement in many applications. Their function is to transfer the heat radiation emitted from the objects into a voltage output. Features 5µm long wave pass filter, and resistance 1000±4 Ohms @ 0°C.
TS105-10 Thermopile Sensor
Thermopiles are mainly used for contactless temperature measurement in many applications. Their function is to transfer the heat radiation emitted from the objects into a voltage output. Features 5µm long wave pass filter and resistance 100 kOhm ±5% @ 25°C
TS105-2 Thermopile Sensor
Thermopiles are mainly used for contactless temperature measurement in many applications. Their function is to transfer the heat radiation emitted from the objects into a voltage output. Features 5µm long wave pass filter, and resistance 43±8 kOhm @ 25°C
TS105-3 Thermopile Sensor
Thermopiles are mainly used for contactless temperature measurement in many applications. Their function is to transfer the heat radiation emitted from the objects into a voltage output. Features 8-14µm wide band pass filter, and resistance 1000±4 Ohm @ 0°C
TS105-4 Thermopile Sensor
Thermopiles are mainly used for contactless temperature measurement in many applications. Their function is to transfer the heat radiation emitted from the objects into a voltage output. Features 8-14µm wide band pass filter, and resistance 43±8 kOhm @ 25°C.
TS105-6 Thermopile Sensor
Thermopiles are mainly used for contactless temperature measurement in many applications. Their function is to transfer the heat radiation emitted from the objects into a voltage output. Features 5µm long wave pass filter, and resistance 100 kOhm ±3% @ 25°C.
TS105-8 Thermopile Sensor
Thermopiles are mainly used for contactless temperature measurement in many applications. Their function is to transfer the heat radiation emitted from the objects into a voltage output. The TS105-8 has a linear array with 8 pixels. Features silicon lens f=3.9mm, and resistance 5 to 40 kOhm @ 25°C.

AAL Dual Axis Inclinometer
The AAL-Series conductive inclination sensor offers a full calibrated inclination sensor module on a PCB. The sensor provides voltage output depending on the inclination angle and related to the specific axis, as well as a voltage based temperature output signal. An optional integrated e2-prom contains data on the characteristic curve resp. calibration data. Available in various ranges up to ±30°
D-series Dual Axis Inclinometer
The D-Series is housed in a robust IP-67 rated aluminum can, and is designed to withstand the extreme shock and vibration normally associated with factory floor environments. Supplied in three factory calibrated ranges of ±5°, ±15° and ±30°. Output options include analog, digital or switching signals.
DPG Dual Axis Inclinometer
The DPG Series dual axis conductive inclinometer in aluminium housing offers the user modern microprocessor technology, with an integrated active linearization and temperature compensation. This inclinometer is full calibrated, easy to mount and absolute plug and play compatible. Available ranges from ±5° up to ±30°.
DPL - DPN Dual Axis Inclinometer
The DPL/DPN-Series is modern SMD technology based small board-level dual axis inclinometer applying conductive technology. It is available with both fully compensated digital output TTL/RS232 and/or analogue voltage output 0.3 to 4.7V. Available in ranges from ±2° up to ±30°.
DQG2 Dual Axis Inclinometer
A small inclinometer based on dual axis tilt sensor which works on the conductivity principle. Features a robust IP66 housing, voltage output and a range of ±25°.
DQL Dual Axis Inclinometer
The NS-25/DQL2-IXA is a small board inclinometer based on dual axis tilt sensor, which works based on the conductivity principle. This microprocessor controls the inclinometer with a linearized and temperature compensated angle output signal via I2C. Features a range of ±25°
G-Series Inclinometer Switch
This fully calibrated inclinometer offers a switch output signal. The inclination switch enables the angle of inclination of objects such as appliances, machines or motor vehicles to be monitored and emits an alarm signal when the angle is exceeded. The switch threshold can be set symmetrically by the customer in the range of ±10°.
NS-15CAN Dual Axis Inclinometer
The CAN-Series of conductive inclinometers offers modern SMD- technology in environmentally protected and robust aluminum housing. Available with digital output signals via CANopen, and a range of ±15°.
P-Series Inclinometer
The P-series inclinometers are microprocessor controlled transducers capable of producing a linearized RS-232 digital or analog voltage +/-1.5V or current output 4…20 mA signal. They feature an aluminum baseplate and IP65 housing, and are ideal for industrial, automotive and aerospace applications. Available in various ranges up to ±45°.
V-Series Inclinometer
The V-Series of conductive single or dual axis inclinometers offers a modern electronic in an environmentally protected and robust aluminium anodizing housing. Available with voltage or current output signal, and various ranges up to ±45°.
